CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND VAT
You maybe charged VAT, customs and duties fees, which are imposed by the destination country prior to delivery of the parcel. These fees are not included in my product prices or shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties fees vary by country and are based on the value of the order and the type of product being shipped. We advise customers to look up their country's customs and duties policies before placing an order. In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs and duties fees and the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the products minus any shipping fees and customs and duties fees that were incurred.
RETURNS
We only accept return of wrong items or damaged parcel, please email hamapottery@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for the return within 20 days from the purchase date. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once I have received your returned items, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
